Bantu Kulture Kollar Karnival is a Pan Niger Delta Culture Diplomacy Accelerator that celebrates Akwa Ibom heritage diversity while commemorating the United Nations Decade for People of African Descent and the UNESCO International Decade of Indigenous Languages.
